  • Overnight Packages: The cut-off time for overnight packages is 7 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on business days. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
  • Free Shipping: Orders that use a free shipping discount will be registered with Standard shipping.

Shipping Fees

Order Processing Time

Refund for Delayed Delivery

8.1. If you have chosen a shipping option through FedEx or UPS and your package is delayed beyond the stated delivery time by that service, you are eligible for a full refund of the shipping cost.

8.2. To request a refund for delayed delivery, please send an email to [email protected]. We will initiate the refund process with the carrier and provide you with the refund within 2 business days once it is processed.

8.3. Please note that we will file the necessary paperwork for the guarantee with the carrier and provide the refund when it is approved by the carrier. While we normally do not encounter issues with these refunds, we cannot offer a refund if the carrier declines it based on their policies (such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable events).

Missing or Incorrect Item

8.1. To report a missing or incorrect item, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number, details of the missing or incorrect item, and your requested solution (see 8.2).

8.2. We will investigate the issue and will offer one of two options. You may select one of the following solutions:

  • Keep the incorrect item(s) at a 15% discount from the market price and receive the correct item via free shipping.
  • Issue a return for the incorrect item (see Return Policy) and receive your correct item via free shipping.

We will work to issue a replacement for you as soon as we can. Our customer support team will provide further instructions and assist you throughout the process.
